Roofing Information for Homeowners
“You need a new roof.” Words that homeowners often dread. But your roof is an investment. Not an expense. Making repairs to your roof or replacing it completely will add value to your property. As your home appreciates with age, so does your new roof. Not to mention, it keeps your family safe and is one of the biggest contributors to improved curb appeal. The exterior is your home’s first line of defense and is worth investing in.
FAQ's
-
How can a homeowner recognize when a roof has problems?Keep an eye out for water spots and loose or broken material (shingles or tiles), especially after severe weather. Remember, if you see damage inside your house, you’ve probably had undetected exterior damage for a while. That’s why we encourage annual inspections by roofing professionals. Scheduling regular maintenance and inspections help you stay in control of your budget and allows you to plan for the future. When you catch roofing concerns early, we can address them head-on. But when they’re allowed to linger, they can wreak havoc on your property and finances.

What are my options if I decide to reroof? You first have to decide whether you want a partial re-roof or full roof replacement; we can help you decide based on your budget, motivation for re-roofing, and desired look. Sometimes, partial roof replacements aren’t feasible due to underlying structural damage. In these cases, we have to remove the existing roof completely before rebuilding. Complete roof replacements are an opportunity for you to take a step closer to your dream home. Always imagined retiring in Greece or Italy? Mediterranean-inspired clay tiles will give you the look today. Want a modern look? A gable metal roof would be perfect. A lot goes into a new roof, including time and money. My roof leaks. Do I need to totally replace it?Not always, but it depends on the extent of the damage. For minor roof faults and broken seals that we can catch early, repairs are often enough to reinstate the roof’s efficacy. However, if your home’s structural integrity has been compromised, a complete roof replacement may be unavoidable. Your safety is more important than our invoice. So if we can confidently recommend a repair, we will. But if there’s any question about whether or not your home is safe, it has to be a replacement.

Are there financing options available for me?Absolutely! We understand that roof maintenance and replacements may not be in your budget, especially emergency repairs. We’ve partnered with 1andFund Partners to help you find a financial solution that you feel comfortable with.
